Hey I've been using speed seduction a bit in public and its going well. managed to number close a hot little 16 year old thing (she was loving it) and just generally talking to people more/building attraction. Just one thing I need to know, what are some good methods you guys use to get over that feeling of approach anxiety ("the knot in the stomach") and just boost yourself forward into the set?
