I can open a set decently but once I open I don't know how to stack well or generally I don't know what to do right after I open. Could someone give me some tips or an idea of what stacking should look like

Basically tell her what she looks like she'd be out doing. Then she'll tell you what she's out doing and that will open up a topic of conversation. Then you tell her what your out doing pick some item she mentioned and small talk that up for a moment.
Now you have broken the ice and familiarized yourselves with what you both are out doing. The next obvious stage is biographical information exchange. You ask her who she is, her age, where she works, what she does for fun. Then she'll ask you the same or you just volunteer that info.
Now you guys know who each other are and a brief background on your lives. Nothing so far will have been very exciting or entertaining, so now you need to start becoming playful and fun! This is where you start telling jokes or play DHV games and tell DHV stories. She should start laughing and really look like she's enjoying herself. If she doesn't, chances are she's losing interest in you and you need to ramp up your excitement/energy level. _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn
