I like pickle juice is a great response to her saying "I have a boyfriend". In the right context it can work.

You can also tell her you have a confession. She'll perk up, and listen intently, waiting for you to reveal that you are gay or something provocative. Then with an awkward guilty look on your face you reveal that..."I like pickle juice."

If that don't get a laugh or lighten the mood, I don't know what would.
