So here it goes: if you call up an HB asking her to go out with you (after meeting her previously and leading up to it obviously with comfort and attraction during the call etc.) and she replies by saying "Sounds nice, I'll think about it", what would be the proper move to make?

It may be due to not enough attraction but in any case how would you handle a situation like this while still trying to attempt to take her out?

Maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like a shit test to me.

I would say something like:

I'll think about it means: "no". No problem though. I'll go anyway.If you change your mind let me know. Talk to you later. What you actually are saying is. I like to go out with you, but I don't need you to have a great time.

She will probably not respond, but if she's really into you next time when you ask her to go out, she will think twice before she gives you an answer like this.

You keep your frame, you don't sound needy and you will probably have her thinking about who you are going out with and who you are having a good time with.

Contact her after 3 or 4 days and say something like: Too bad you didn't come with me the other day. You missed a lot of fun.

Nothing more, nothing less. Don't go into details.
