Any advice for mid-gaming pua at college orientation? Its a mid-sized prestigious school, so there aren't that many HB8+s (at least in the other classes, not sure about this years frosh class) and opening isn't incredibly hard during orientation (any advice for opening without the standard where are you from/whats your dorm/what are you going to major in/etc is much appreciated though). Any general advice would be appreciated, I guess its a small community so you can't fake much and get away with the same thing a lot of times, but I'm honestly clueless with pua, especially how to perform it in a college environment (read book about mystery, escalation latter, and took parts from both to try and suit to my college life). Obviously as it goes on connections/social status means a ton, but any help for how to start off mid-gaming on the right foot?

Also any good ways to number close for the first few weeks? I'd imagine it would be kinda easy, but any help would be great

As it's not cold approach (assuming you're at the college too not just a random guy there) you can open with pretty much anything. The girls won't have a bitch shield on as they're there to make friends as well.

As far as things go though, you're going to see these girls for a whole two(?) years. Focus on the college, get comfortable with where you're going and feel at home there. If you go around opening sets of girls you will come across as needy.

By all means if a girl opens you then run game on her, show her your fun side, tease her. But (this goes especially in college or school) if you lead the men you will attract the women.

To roughly quote Style - Where men would find women attractive for their looks, Women find Men attractive that can help them to achieve social or other goals.
(Social status is key)

Long term, if you AMOG enough then girls will notice it. You don't want to be remembered as 'The guy who hit on all the girls in the orientation'

Edit: Number closing will be easy as you all have something in common. "You're studying X? That's cool maybe you could show me around the X building - I'll have to get your number"

Or (if in different dorms) "Maybe I'll give you a tour of our dorm block, there are a load of cool people in it. Shall I get your number?"

(If anyone disagree's then feel free to say - I'm still learning, but I'm going into my third year of uni now so I know how things go there)

Thanks. I'll be spending four years there (hopefully) so I'll get to know a good amount of people. I have my guy friends (my sports team along with a few guys from my area) and started talking to a few girls that I met or whatever but we'll see how things go I guess. Don't want to come across as needy and won't talk to every girl, but I'll be close with some guys and definitely get a mixed-gender convo or whatever going in our dorm I'd assume and hopefully social groups will form from there.
