Hey guys so I'm normally nervous when it comes to kino, how do I get over this? And what's a good way to learn some good kino escalation? Thanks in advance for any advice!

oh yeah I forgot to say I get really nervous about it because I have sweaty hands all the time not just around women, so they get grossed out when I hold their hands or touch them or anything :/

I would wipe my hands on my pants, shirt, anything that you can use. I think the girl would appreciate it more if you did :D also gambler has some good kino escaltaion vids on youtube, starts out small and sutble so you won't feel like your moving too fast, the channel is called puatraining media.

There's no magical solution to your problem. Your afraid of making human contact by touch...than practice making human contact by touching the girls you're talking to. Stop trying to become a robot with routines and programs...this will take time there's no fast solution or antidote. Go out and work on yourself

Start by just subtly moving into her space. If she pulls back then it's off, if she doesn't seem to mind then it's on.

Spray some anti perspirant on your hands, it's a trick that people use to combat the skin galvanic response on lie detector tests so I'm sure it will help you. The sweaty hands are just a sign of autonomic arousal, once you get more practice in everything will be fine as each time you will be more relaxed.

a good trick is to use a kitchen towel (Bounty etc) Fold it 4 times to quarter its size and put flat into your pockets. When you feel your hands getting clammy - put your hands in your pockets and keep it there for aboout 10 sec. The paper towel should dry your hands.

Put your hands in and out of your pocket casually and slowly so as to not crush the paper or expose it on the way out.

I agree with rhythmic02 advice; its pretty sound
