HI, so yesterday, me and my wing went to seafront bistro and we saw a 2 set of 8's. I went alone to open the set, i said: " i have a problem and you have to help me,i only can stay a minute cuz i have to go rejoint my friends, so tomorrow is my best friend's birthday, what shoud a give to her?" that oppner it took about 10 minutes of conversation, but after that i dnt know how can i change to routines. can someone help me plz.

Easy, because you didnt open with a direct opener :

Hey, I think your cute!
Hey, Your necklace looks nice!

Your opening with an indirect opener. Your not showing right away that you are interested in her.

Which makes it strange to change the the subject to where she is from, doing w/e!
You need a transition!

E.g
I open a girl with a opinion opener.

I need a women opinion. My friend steve says that if his girl friend kisses an other girl its called cheating?

(And we talk for 5 min)

After that I use observation transitioning to continue the conversation!

Hey, you look like you are friends for a long time. (or pretty close) girls wil most of the time say yes.

Then do the best friend routine. (Building rapport) and continuing with attraction etc..
Or I can see you have a connection sinds people that have a emotional connection smile the same way. I think thats cute! ~ dorky! w/e feels right.

If she is alone find something about her and make a remark on it. I had this girl once that had a strange necklace. So I made a comment.. You got that "type'' necklace. I think your that "type" of women. Putting a label on her and she will try to remove the label and qualify herself to you.

Make sure you always have some standard questions ready like:

what is your plan for tonight?
Do you girls know what's the best place to go for tonight?
I heard about this party, do you know if it's any good?

Or after opener: just introduce yourself. and then --> where you girls from, what's your strory blabla etc
