First of all, some background info on myself: Not experienced with girls due to self confidence/weight/height issues, but in a totally different place right now: I'm almost at my ideal weight, I do kickboxing, latino dancing, generally pretty happy with myself (don't give a fuck anymore about being 5'3).

There's this girl I met a few months ago when I was a looking for a new dance partner. We got along really well from the beginning, started dancing outside class (meeting up at my place for practice) but all as friends.

-if I would tell her I have a date, she wouldn't say good luck, but ask who's the girl, how do I know her, etc

Not really good at the IOI's, am I interpreting this all wrong?

So after spending more and more time together I realized that I liked her and decided to tell her (she told me before friends of hers wanted something more, she turned them down, they didn't talk to her anymore).

Now here's the catch: she has a bf living across the ocean which she's been with for 2 years, but most of the time it was a long distance relationship. She says she's in love, but can't take it anymore, it's been more than half year since they last saw each other. In a few months she'll know if they can move in together or not..

So last time when we went in the park at night and danced on a romantic song, I whispered in her ear that it's really difficult for me not to kiss her right now. She pulled back, asking now what, this is the point of no return.. I asked if all this is just friendship to her and she said she noticed she has some feelings for me, but because she has a bf, decided to just go on and not think about. Nothing happened that night (last week) and now we're ok, having fun like before, but I don't know how to bring up the conversation again.

Is there still a chance or am I really friendzoned right now? I feel like I should either push one more time, but don't know how exactly.. either way, I'm going to fade her out slowly, not really in a friendship mood if I still have feelings for her..
