Ok so I was at this fast food place. and I asked this girl I thought was hb10 what her favorite thing on the menu was. Then she answered me but then I started to talking to her with stupid questions likes do you like working here? etc. But the problem is that I came to strong and made her feel uncomfortable if somebody can help me that would be great on how to come out so strong and make the girl uncomfortable

Try to free yourself from the pressure and ask questions you really care about. I mean... if you want to get to know someone better, you definitely don't ask questions like that. Rather passions, hobbies, friends, anything interesting.
