If you are really interested in this girl, just wait a week or two for things to calm down, and just call her(avoids waiting for a text, it's either a response or deny) casually on some day, you suspect her being free to go out and hang out in some park or something, that wouldn't be official at any way, just two people spending time together without any second thoughts like "Why I'm here?" :) An idea would go to a park to feed the ducks :p It's always fun to make fun out of these birds while they are fighting for pieces of bread :D
