So im talking to a girl at work for the first time and we are getting on well and flirting. I go and do something and come back. She sees me and says hey flangeface in a playfull way. Im taking that as an IOI but i just wanted to see what everyone thinks.

it could be a fake ioi just saying she could say that just to play around with you or be more friendly with you just make sure to dig more ioi from her to see if she's interested in you.

Careful bro, some girls who are coworkers are friendly like that on purpose. That will ensure her a moe comfortable work place (Which isn't that bad actually).

Agreed, be wary of the way you take it. Try running some game on her and see how she reacts. That's honestly the only way you'll be able to tell if it was a real IOI or fake IOI.

Make sure she I single first, I had a situation with a married girl, found out kinda late :). Also really make sure she is interested, you don't want things to be awkward at work.

i have found out some girls(very few) who have figured out how to force IOI.. a few girls will purposely start playing with their hair, hoping to attract men..maybe women if they're dike.
