I am fairly new to PUA, I'm 33 and definitely look at least 30, I live in a student town and I find myself talking to a lot of hot students (18-23) range, both in the day and night.

Up till now I have just ejected as I don't want to SOI as I'm worried they might think I'm too old as I haven't had time to build enough attraction but I don't just want to stand there talking to them to build it if they are just not going to be interested in the end anyway... I need to be off on my way to the interested ones

Believe me the age doesn't worry me at all but I'm concerned it is an easy 'out' for them...

So my idea is to DQ myself or them by saying something like "a student hey, well that's a shame as you sure are hot/sexy/cute/blah but I think you are probably too young for me" Maybe add something to the end as to why I prefer older women..?

The way I see it at least it'd be out in the open then and we could have a laugh/flirt about it no matter what her response...

I`m 30.. having the same problem.. but a couple of them actually got turned on by it and wanted something steady. But it`s not easy answering that you`re above 29.. you usually get a pause when they`re thinking.

We need to fill up the thinking pause \ gap with something.. something to get them thinking of what it would be like and why they want to try it.

Experience, something different etc.. could be a good play! I`d be willing to work on some lines with you bro!

The young girls, like freshmen, usually aren't interested in older guys. They're there to meet college guys. The upper class girls are getting ready for life after college. To them, an older (post-grad) guy could be exciting, and he is in the position of mentor. He knows exactly what they will soon be going through when they graduate. Additionally, by this time they're probably getting tired of college guys and an older man may have social value among their friends.

You should dress age appropriate and avoid appearing like an older guy who is only there to meet college chicks, or like a frat brother who graduated but who is too immature to move away from campus. I'd also avoid student-heavy night spots like a frat's keg party or a near-campus bar because there is probably no legit reason for you to be there other than to sarge coeds. Getting a job as a bartender, however, would give you a reason to be there and could pay off in a major way. Working the day game in coffee shops and laundry mats may also have a good chance of success.
