Say you come across a set (1 guy, 2 girls). one guy knows you and introduces you to the girls. Obviously they are going to automatically extend their hand (expecting a handshake) once they either start saying "my name is" or your friend starts introducing them- right?
So how do you get a cheek kiss intro in there? Together with a handshake? Describe me this interaction the way it wouldn't look awkward at all.
