I've been working with this girl at a new job I started a month ago. Our rapport is spectacular but there are obstacles. The first key is that I'm her supervisor. The second is that there is never a time when we're alone. In any other situation, I'd just close it, but I need a way to convert to an outside-of-work relationship. Furthermore, I'm transferring departments soon so that I won't see her there. I have plenty of theories - and if it comes down to it, I'll just plug an event or something in the middle of it all - but I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and might offer some advice.
