Do you guys have any ways you easily start kino, at least until she starts returning it?
I've heard of things such as thumb wrestling, high fives, and such but in my experience, they don't fit the interaction in Day 2's very well, feel forced for me, and don't escalate the kino, just stall it.

how about a handshake?
a double handed handshake; upon letting go, trace a smooth line with one or more fingers down the back of her hand down her fingers to her nails..
nice and smooth and except for a split second, where you look her in the eyes, act as if it is the most normal thing to do.
or when leaving or trying to pass by her, holding her shoulders, saying "nice seeing you", "take care" or "excuse me", then smoothly tracing a line with on or more fingers from her shoulders down to her fingernails, all in matter of less than 5 seconds...then move on...
just love to do that and see a girl puzzled keeping her arms frozen in the position I left them, as if wanting to keep the feel of that smooth kino she just got..

a situational kino trick I've used before is if a girl claims they have a headache, say you know a pressure point that can cure it. grab her hand and start slowly massaging the area between her thumb and index finger. you can use your imagination to escalate from there.

I say don't try and force it/need to find an excuse resion to kino. But the trick is not to be the creepy kino guy. The line is farther then you might think.
