Don't let that shit phase you. Freeze her out. If she says "no" you say "ok" don't push it. If she's making out with you it's established that there's sexual interest. Don't apologize for escalating. I recommend that while your making out you grab the back of her head and maybe pull her hair a little bit. Let her know who's boss and then before she can say no YOU take it away.

I just went through a similar thing. A girl I've been seeing I met her back in December. We've hung out made out and cuddled but nothing sexual. I didn't push it I waited another week and had her come over. I fought LMR the whole night. But finally we fell asleep together. I woke up in the middle of the night and started escalating.
