ahhhh negging. well gambler said in one of his movies, "only neg her if shes giving you attitude. if shes being nice a neg is just uncalled for and insulting."

however this only applies to situations. if the girl your talking to is witty and comfortable with a little banter then negging works even if shes not necessarrily giving you a hard time. but if shes being nice and not exactly that witty a neg kind of just shuts her down instead of instigating.

wost case scenario, shes not witty but she tries to come back by negging you so it comes off as an insult. this can lead to alot of negative tension between the two of you. basically shes not playful, more defensive.

so as a good rule of thumb, dont force a neg. neg if shes being a bitch or talking down to you. not if things are going smoothly.

Gotta love negs

I actually find a well placed shotgun neg is perfect for getting a group to warm up to you while building attraction. If you win over the group it makes isolating so much easier.

And no matter what, gotta keep the cocky funny vibe going whenever you neg. If you don't, you just come across as condescending and your dead in the water
