1) Place one hand as if inside of her....

2) Raise just the ring and middle fingers...

3) Place the center of the palm of your hand over both the middle and ring fingertips.

Its all in your head. Are you usually stressed?

Perhaps you were puting to much pressure on your performance since she was a HB10. If your mind starts to wonder you'll lose the erection.
