She just asked "If i was with you what would we be doing?"

So I replied "whatever we wanted. What do you think we'd be doing?"

Was I on track with this response, kinda thinking I should have said something really exaggerated but not sure?

Definitely not on track with your reply. You played this way too safe. Imagine you're out on a date with hb10 and she asks, "what do you want to do?" And you say, "I don't know, what do YOU want to do?"
You just ignored her question and threw it right back to her. Just say some random shit like, "I don't want to give away my plans but it involves cherry cheesecake, 3 thumbtacks, a piece of string and a scuba mask."

Just saying random shit is always better than dodging the simplest of questions. Keep it fun and playful.

And yes, old stereotypical misogyny is funny in a certain context but it's old, too easy, and kinda lame. Use it sparingly.
