Quick run down of the situation. - I work at a bar, (Also a PG student) I'm serving a HB 9 and I'm not overly flirty but I give her 'the look' and maintain prolonged eye contact, she gets her drink and goes away. (FYI this is a great move, it's worked 3 times in my last 3 shifts with really nice, hot girls actually asking for my number)

2 minutes later she is back and rejects service from the girl next too me, once I'm done serving somebody else, she asks if she can speak to me at the end of the bar. I smile and say sure, then she politely asks "Could I please get your number?" I smile again and ask her to tell me something about her first, she says something I can't even hear because it's a loud bar. I give her the number, smile and say have a good night but I have to go serve.

She text me that night, and we've texted for 2/3 days now, I'm keeping it sexual and teasing saying hinting I'm going to tie her up or blindfold her etc and she's getting on it. I'm busy so can't meet until next Monday so I don't like to set up a date so far in advance.

She just told me she's a model, so I have an idea of acting unimpressed and getting her to qualify herself to me. Any advice on how to do that without being really obvious about it saying stuff like "Beauty is common, tell me something interesting about yourself"?

This is some decent shit. According to me, you're doing the right thing.
I once was in the same situation except I was sitting at the bar, not serving, just a casual university student.
Only case that's different is that yours is a model, mine wasn't, but she was somehow a 9 too.

Just chill, don't give her all that "I need you" attitude. These girls like to be negged like hell.
Next time you meet her, keep it casual and tell her you need to show her something in your apartment. A movie, short video, anything...you can always come up with something really silly that would make her laugh because you don't seem like a new guy to pickup, you sound advanced.

As well all know, all the escalating happens in the private place.

Thanks for the input, but I was looking more for some tips on how to qualify her with a little subtlety, I've just never really put thought in to this part of my game, especially over text. Once I'm on the date I just go into game mode, however like I said, I won't be free to meet up for a week and I hate texting but its all I've got at the moment.

Once I end tonight I won't text her for a few days and then when she texts I'll set up the date. Really I just need to wrap up tonights texting with her wondering if or not I'm really into her so she craves my attention. (Normally I wouldn't put so much thought into this but since she's a model I'm guessing theres a few more guys she's texting right now so I'll need to stand out one way or another).

New development, I found out that she is 33 (I am 24). She was forward about heading back to her place after drinks - over text while we were setting up the date, so I jokingly agree provided she doesn't live with her parents.

When I was 19 I was talking to this girl at a pub (I thought she was 22-23 max) and she turned out to be 32.
Things went pretty fine, it took me around 3 days and around 10 hours in total to escalate so much and start kissing. I know that's a lot of time, especially for an hb8.
