I did something bad after the openning..

So there was 2 girls in front of me ,i go to them and i say "hi" they said hi back.. then i have introduce myself and i asked one of them "are you shy ?" she answered not really then i asked "can i ask u a quick question?" she said sure... "are you single?" she said no
then she ask me are you out to pick up girls?
i said no , only u
she said... why me?
and i was like : because.... pause
and she said : because ?
because...my mind freze and blank and i said something very bad like : i saw you with your guard down..
i was like omg wtf was in my head..
oh fuck no no no ..anyway after 2 min more i took off i knew i screw it.
i'm not good after the openning.. idk what to say..

The solution to this problem is easy.

Practise, practise and don't forget... practise.

The only reason you fucked it here was because you thought you fucked it. Generally say any old bollocks but do it with confidence. Believe in whatever you say, even if really you think it's stupid, because otherwise the girl will pick up on it in an instant.

What approach were you trying to do? It seems way too direct. also, you should never ask if she's single. There's no point in asking so

It's okay to ask a girl if she is single... you just have to be confident when you do it. Look her in the eye, and if she asks why, just say you were curious and tell her that you thought she was cute.

You can overthink things too much... the pick up artist is the exception to the rule. During the day, most girls NEVER get approached in such a direct manner.

If you can ask if girls are single on a consistent basis, then indirect game becomes nothing in comparison.

I'm a big fan of direct game but I don't see the point of asking if she was single either.

It's her boyfriend and her responsibility if she's not available. I don't want to get involved in that. If she loves her boyfriend so much she will mention him anyway.
