So I'm bartending at a college bar and there are plenty of chicks around and I know they are attracted but I'm kind of stuck as to how to move forward after that. Opening isn't a problem because it's basically my job to talk to them. I don't have a problem doing that but I'm not doing it in a way that's progressing in the right direction. I should be getting numbers and hanging out with some of these girls on my days off. Do you guys have any advice as to how I should be going about this? Maybe I'm being a bit gunshy and just not asking or maybe my banter with them is too friendly and not sexual enough. What would be a good routine from a bartenders perspective to start closing more?
