For you shy guys who find it extremely hard to talk to women, either alone or in groups, pay close attention. If you can't go out for whatever reasons, and you don't want your pick up skills to get rusty, talk to girls who are servicing you. If you go to a restaurant, talk to your waitress. Don't take her politeness as choosing signals because she's trying to get tips. Instead, pay attention to being comfortable talking to her. If a girl is helping you at a clothing store, ask for her opinion. Make her laugh, poke a little fun at her, etc. Your objective is to keep your skills sharp. You want talking to women to be second nature. After you get comfortable talking to girls who service you, you'll start talking to regular girls without even thinking about it.

Reject your thoughts of what should you say and do. You already know. It's all a matter of practice. Basketball players practice shooting by themselves, wide open, before they step in the game and shoot under pressure. Picking up women can be seen as a sport. This is why they call it "Game".
