Ok before i start i must warn you about my English, i am still trying to improve.

So we met 2 girls walking down the street, i was in my car with a friend and told him if he was interested to talk with them, he said yes, then he opened the window and said "hi" they looked at us and smiled and then turned back again, then my friend said wait for a sec they turned again and my friend introduced and told them if they want to go out with us for coffee and they said that they didn't have a problem with that and got into my car, it was the first time that girls got in my car so easily..(not that i mind lol) After the coffee and the conversation we had we got the number of one of the girls.(btw they live together)
My friend told me that he is not interested anymore so the field was clear for me, or rather i thought so.

Now i need your help the first 2 days i didn't send any text messages but i did yesterday, it was exactly like this "Hey, i am Steve this is my number, i will call you tonight.." I know i screwed up on this.


And later at night she sent me a text message telling me "Hey Steve i am Maria i just saw your message. Forget about it!!!! Have fun."

So should i ignore her or is there a good message to send her back?

You didn't fuck up, you did an awesome job, some girls are just going to flake for no reason, you can choose to pursue her but it sort-of stinks from desperation, she already politely said no, I would go and meet new girls
