I've met this really amazing hb 8 and we've known each other for 1,5 years now and i think she is the girl i want to have a relationship with. But how could i do that

Should i express my true feelings for her or
Just let it happen on it's own

I have trouble expressing my feelings and she is exactly the same, so we never show how we feel about each other. We both just know and all our friends as well

How to make it happen?
