| I met this girl on a dating website, haha, yes I know. (I was in Papua at the time due to work and decided to join so I could speak to some girls online).
So, we started talking and she seemed intelligent and cute. I initially thought that it was a fake profile. We emailed each other for over a month and we finally decided to meet. By then I had built up good rapport and she was very interested in meeting up. She said specifically that it wasn't to be a date, I laughed and said 'whatever you say.'
She's 31, I am 28. She seems very independent and has done a bit of modelling. She joined the dating site cos her friend made her do it apparantly.
First meet up: we had dinner and then went out for more drinks. She paid for the dinner. She insisted on it and wouldn't let me pay. The dinner went really well. We were flirting a bit. She was being playful and touchy. I paid for the drinks after. During the taxi ride to the bar I got sick from the food. (this is all in Indonesia btw, the food can be bad at times and a girl paying for stuff is very very rare). So, at the bar I was a bit quieter than usual, i didn't wanna kiss her as I had a bad cough. We had dinner at 7pm and were out till 1am.
The next day, I asked her out again. She was only in the city for a week so I thought to go for it. She said yes and we went to the movies. When we first met, she came with her friend. Her friend had just found out her bf had cheated on her. So they kinda sat there for a while talking between themselves. Her friend was crying. I tried to offer the friend to join us, but she said no. So, we finally went to the movies. I asked for the seats in the middle, but she wanted to get seats right at the pack for more privacy-she actually said this. So, we watched the movie, which was pretty descent and I was more interested in it. We were suppose to get a bite after but after the movie she said she had to go home cos of her friend. I didn't kiss her at the 2nd time.
She knew I wasn't working the day after so she asked me to make plans the next day again. I told her I would text her.
Day three, I didn't make any plans. I just sent a text asking her if her friend was ok.
Day four, I made plans. But half an before the date she cancelled saying her friend was crying really bad and she had to look after her. I initially said yeah that's ok. I then text her saying that lets leave it at that and good luck with her plans (she's moving to uk in a month). She replied saying it was nice meeting up with me as well and she was hoping to meet again before she left.
Later on in the night I knew something wasn't right. I emailed her saying I was a little confused. I told her I was sorry that I didn't offer to pay for the 2nd meet up as she had paid for the movie bill. And I would love to take her out again. She replied saying the money was never the problem... And she would love to hang out next week as she was leaving town soon for a few days.
We emailed each other again almost everyday. This time she asked me if I was free this week to meet up. I said to her maybe in the weekend depending on my workschedule. So, weekend comes and I haven't made any plans with her. But today (sat) I get an email from her saying, she's really sorry she can't meet up tomorrow with me as she has had a big fight with her family and she's leaving town and she's not sure if she's gonna come back. I replied that's ok, and good luck with her plans. She then said if she does come back she would like to meet again. I replied yeah maybe if work schedule permits me to.
Now, I am really not sure if she's flaking or not. The emails I get from her, we flirt a bit. I told her about a female friend of mine and the next email I get from her contains pics of her modelling shoot. I might screwed this one by showing too much interest. What do you guys think?
