Isolation of "best friends"

Hello lads,

one problem I encountered so far is the fact when you have a good conversation with the target and the wing is up to the obstace. However the ladies are a bit too tight up into each other than us. Kino and stuff is working but somehow I dont get the hint how to isolate her.
So my 2 questions:
- How to avoid this?
- How do you isolate if there is no wingman around?
