Not sure if this is the right section but:

I noticed this chick from back in high school has liking my status' a lot lately. ( This time it was "The day I find a woman smarter than me, is the day I get married." It got a huge response.) I was just reading about the poke deal on here which really isn't my bag, but I figured what the hell. I poked her and got one back almost immediately. I chatted her asking if she always pokes random people (we haven't talked probably since half way through high school and she has gotten insanely hot since) We got to bull shitting and some how talked about going to the bars. I invited her up (about an hour drive) to come to all the bars around my house and she was really excited about it. I get her number and text her a couple hours later asking if she's ready for a real bar experience. She texted me back about an hour later real excited again. Back and forth with about an hour or more space in between. This girl has a history of being a flake (even with her friends). My question is... what should my next move be, if any at all?

I'd say it's her time to put some effort in, now you should be the alpha male who's looking how much of a fun person she is. Slow it down a little and let her do some work now, negg alongside with some DHV stories...I find it pretty crucial to throw in DHV stories when it comes to flakes.
