Here's the thing. You will most likely not be able to date this girl. Girl's don't date their friends ex's It's simply not going to happen. So don't even bother trying. You can however have sex with her. This is common but must be kept secret. In order to escalate sexually with her it is important that you make it clear that it will be a secret, the more you can convince her of your discretion the better your chances of sealing the deal.
Keep it secretive and naughty, let it be known that it is just physical and it will never be told to anyone.
All ex's care. Put yourself in her shoe's, would you want one of your close friends hooking up with your ex, even if you claim to not care. It would still bother you.
