I'm not terrible at banter, but I'd like to get better. I'm looking for:

* A collection of banter lines, preferably in context

* Banter roles with lines

* General suggestions on improving. One I've heard is to brainstorm on paper. Start with a word, and write down all associations. Then circle the most fun ones, to help get in the habit of picking the fun ones when bantering in real life.

I'm not planning on simply memorizing lines (although that might help too). Studying a huge collection of examples is probably a good way to help get my creative juices flowing.

Any suggestions?
