OK, so I'm kissing this girl for most of the night, get her #, think im about to leave with her and 10 minutes later see her getting with someone else.

No problem, but she's a HB9, on my campus, and I want to try again this weekend.

I have her number... need some suggestions for a decent text or phone call to make in the next day or two, help appreciated :P

Just try to go to the same party as her again.. wait til its towards the end of the night and start making out with her again. Then suggest you go somewhere and "talk", or go watch a movie at your place or whatever. $$$$$

Possibly the best way to play it - I'll probably text her in the next couple of days, ask if she's out at the weekend (no, TELL her she's out at the weekend, right?) I'm kind of bummed about this one though... really thought I was getting lucky.

Any golden lines for a smooth text?

just a bit of closure for this thread - texted her a couple of days later accusing her of being "banterous, a bit too cute and have a very short attention span", but she can still be my second favourite [girl's name]

worked a charm, sent a few texts back and forward over the weekend obviously negging her about her no. 2 status and will arrange to meet later in the week...
