hey I am glad that they did not use 3000 different types of lines, saves us the trouble, besides it was hilarious to see how many sets they could open with those shitty openers.

Both the "Baby in a corner" and "Me and my friends just pulled off a caper", are probably the top 2 TERRIBLE openers i've ever heard.

Seriously...they're just awful. If they've never seen "Dirty Dancing", don't know what a "Caper" is and have never seen "Oceans 11"...then you're shot.

I'd rather open with "Hey guys, Im a complete douchebag".

Yeah "Caper" sounds kinda stupid, but it is an attention grabber and will grab the whole sets attention. Really though if you don't like the word "caper" then you could use the word Hiest etc. I used this opener the other day on a 4 set at a coffee house.I used the same words but put a twist on it. Believe me it worked.

i think they are, use some canned material, and wing some of it. Some canned material, The Cube for example. openers last less than a minute anyway doesn't matter if canned, as long as it does seem like it is.
