Really like a girl iv known for about a year, we went out alot as friends and there was some flirting but i did not see her in that way, as time passed i started too really like her and told her, she did not feel the same and i told her we can't be friends and have not spoke in over 3 months. She sent me a long happy birthday text two days after my birthday and now i am confused.

I cannot be friends with this girl because i love her. There was a time where i was 100% sure she had some sort of feelings towards me and a lot of drunken sexual flirting while out, and she would get jealous when i talk to other girls and would step in and pretend i was her boyfriend, Even though she calls me a friend.

I replied to the text with a thank you, she replied "pleasure" to which i have not replied and that was about two weeks ago (because i don't know if i want to peruse or forget about her), I am very good with girls and have no problem with confidence or talking to girls, this is the first girl i have fallen for and can't get her out of my head.
