So i have my own business and i added a bunch of girls, well the one set my girlfriend off because it said something about hot milf etc. Well i gave in and told her i will delete her and don't worry i wont add a girl like her again! I know this wasn't the reaction i should have had but how would have you guys handled it without losing your gf?

Would you kick off with her if she added some guy? If so improve your inner game and if not then don't delete her, she should trust you enough, it's her problem not yours

You are in a relationship. Which means you care about her. If she says it bothers her than she just expressed how she feels. Maybe she has inner game issues. Maybe she needs to work on it. But it clearly makes her insecure. Do you want to make your girlfriend insecure ?

On the other hand if it's really nothing serious and she just makes a big fuss then obviously she is just being paranoid and you shouldn't do anything about it but if she has a legitimate reason to be jealous then you need to think about who you add to your list.

However adding someone shouldn't be a big deal at all, because it's nothing.
