So my gf's parents are doing badly, both of them are quite depressed, father almost had a blackout , because of that. Their relatsionship is fcked up. So this also effects my gf making her feeling more sad and depressed. Is there any solution to how I could make something happen. Make my gf feel better or tell something to my gf how she could give her parents some advice?

You hear about her problem, and then immediately attempt to fix it. Stop that. It's not your job to fix her problems and that's not what she wants from you. Let her vent, keep your mouth shut (mostly), and play with her hair. Your best option is to get your girlfriend to forget about her issues when she's around you. Be her vacation from the outside world by creating strong positive emotional states for her when she's around. You want her to associate you with good feelings (not problems).
