Again, nothing you've said seems strange, but you're probably due for a small frost out.
It was rude on her part for the reasons I outlined above.

I thought I counted out 6 x 20's instead of 5. Simple as that. Was late at night, in a dimly lit kitchen, counted from a stack of 20's I had in my pocket.
