need som ideas.. i used one that worked to some degree in my status, for fishing a little bit, it wasnt much but it worked:

"we have contact! i missed you " like in a little friendly/threatening/joking way

but then it turns out an old friend who hadnt spoken with me for some time now gives me a PM, asking me how i was. today that old friend is actually just a friend and we speak regularly.

i need more of these! not just seductive ones, but also influential ones. And not just for the status but for maybe PM's and chat sessions, short ones, and long ones.

A pattern is a combination of embedded commands, phrases, weasel phrases, and multiple other linguistic 'techniques'. The line that you had in your status doesn't seem to be a pattern or really any SS/NLP stuff that I can see. Can you point out where you think it is?

NLP/SS online and on facebook is good, but the goal should be to arrange a meeting quickly. Most of the power off this stuff comes not from the words but the vibe, tonality, and body language you present it with (all not available online).
