He is confused about the neg.

I was horrible at negging at one point in my life (bout two years ago). I ruined more sets than I care to count. That was simply because I thought of the neg the same way this guy does.

Negs are very dangerous without proper calibration and they can be used to lower value (which can lower yours if you don't calibrate correctly) but its more about disqualification and/or push pull strategy. You use negs as if to say yes I am at your level..., let me tease you and/or to act as though you are slightly unattainable for her but maybe not....

- A Neg should be gentle (wow you can hide a gun in your hair) not insulting (You hair looks greasy yuk!).
- Done with a sneaky smile.
- And Followed with an IOI... "I'm just teasing, I/we still love you..."

Its all just part of cat string theory. If done correctly you will cause the person to want to validate themselves to you and seek your approval. It's extremely powerful in the right hands and disastrous in the wrong ones.

As far as 10s not being approached, that is a load of crap. Its true that men will be intimidated by beauty and will avoid cold approaches on women who they perceived to be too high above their level but men constantly grovel them when they have a chance and have a servile attitude when speaking with one.

I would love to see this guy infield because I am doubtful of what he says after these types of comments. He comes off as fake and incongruent with the persona he is trying to present.
