hello everybody! i'm Frank, 23 years old. i'm italian..

i used to have a girlfriend for 3 years untill 1 year and half ago. i stopped having sex when i stopped staying with her.

it's 5 months that i'm studing videos on internet and topics of this forum.. and now i decided to get registered.
In these 5 months i improved a lot! now i consider myself very talkative, not shy, and likeable.

however till now i didn't get any great results with women..
i posted my situation in the folder "day2". the title is NO 2nd PHASE..

thank you in advance to the community for giving me some suggestions!
