Ei guys, I'm here to change my life. I put my name as reborn that signifies I want a new life lol. so here's some info:

Goal: learn PU within 3 mos. why 3 mos? just so there is direction. will start a journal soon. wherein I can see my progress(will start next month)

- age:21
-Location: Bay Area
- Never had a gf
- Never kissed a girl
- Almost no social life
- Not going to school anymore so cant meet people more conveniently(maybe a limiting belief)

- I haven't read much PU materials; only the game really. Recommendations are much appreciated.

Lastly, Can anyone suggest links or good newbie missions or where I could start?

I'm sure some of the seasoned members have even better advice for you, but I can give your mind something until one of them provides better.

Make a point to speak to women. Don't try to pick them up; just speak to them. This is all women, from your age to older than your grandma. Open your mouth and speak to them. When you see a woman, tell yourself "I WILL speak to her." Commit before you even see a woman to obey your own mental order. This isn't so much a "mission" as it is something to establish before going about your normal daily business.

It does not matter what you talk about. Say or ask what ever comes to mind. To give you a few examples of what you might say, and to demonstrate how little it matters, I'll type out the first few acceptable things I think of as I think them:
- Greet. Say "Hello."
- Talk about a new pet you're thinking of getting.
- Talk about an item you saw on the news today.
- Talk about the price of fuel.
- Talk about your shirt.
- Talk about sports.

What, talk about sports with random women? Well, why not? The point is to get you having conversations with women, realizing there is no special language they speak, and to desensitize you to the initial contact. Never expect approach anxiety to fully fade away, but you can take steps to season your mind a bit.

The only potential problem I see with this is women constantly brushing you off and you take it personal. Always realize that since you aren't trying to pick them up, they aren't rejecting you; they just didn't want to talk to anyone at all right then. It's never your fault; you just happened by someone having a particularly bad or sensitive day.
