Hello, I'm turning 27 this year and I couldn't be anymore of a loser. My confidence with women is zilch, I'm out of shape and I am basically unhappy with my quality of life. I know this isn't a self help forum but I'm hoping to learn some basic, to say the least, social skills from here. I need help learning to talk to people, build friendships, relationships and develop a foundation for talking to women especially, but really if I could get myself laid I think my confidence in myself would sky rocket. Thank you for your time and comments.

Best thing to work on confidence.. Find a few girls below your "level", and act like king shit. once you see results, hope it builds confidence which you can carry around everywhere else.
