New to MPUA Forum

Hey everybody, the name is Conner. I am a fairly shy individual, trying to figure this out and break out of being shy. I'm maybe 20lbs overweight, but I don't really look it. I guess what I am wanting to work on more than anything is the lack of confidence and being able to pick up a good looking woman, instead of settling. I am also a natural nice guy, which makes things just that more difficult at times. I get into the friend zone too easily. I'm intelligent, fairly sharp, but when it comes to woman I don't always think quick on my feet.
