then i got loved up and spent 4 years out of the game.
has taken a long time to get head straight and now after picking up a few tips off various forums i am keen to learn more.
i am off travelling in 6 months and really want to get my game straight in time for then!

i think there are already some custom desing excersices and routines, u should look for those to get an idea for where to begin ur trainning
but you should be more clear men, i mean
where are u going ?
what exactly you want to accomplish/improve ?

Tim talks a lot in this about not giving a fuck what anyone thinks about you and confidence building and getting into state. I watch it every time i start to feel in a low state or when your having a bad time its really good at helping inner game. _________________ xx
