Help understanding the attraction and qualifier stage?

Hey guys im new to pick up and iv just started reading magic bullets what im confused about is what do you say to the girl during these stages (attraction and comfort) without inquiring about what they do because it says to wait till comfort for those types of general questions. So what type of things should i say or do whilst in these stages to be successful and to reach the comfort stage?

if you know about bait hook reel release... that happens in A3 and if she hoops or gives in or shows IOI you can already move to comfort... and at cofmort just really get to know each other. kissing tend to be on maybe c2 or c3

could you please explain what bait, hook release is please. What im really looking for is the types of things i should say because i have a bad habit of always going straight to comfort.
