Hey whats up PUAs, mPUAs, nPUAs, AFCs, et al.

I found The Game sitting on a friend's bookshelf around the same time that I had decided to get better at meeting (and bedding) women. I'm 30, look it, and want to get with a lot more women before it's too late. I used to use a combination of pre-approval (meeting friends' friends, etc.) and blind luck (drinking heavily in bars, at parties, and seeing what happens). But I'd like to have more control over my interactions and a better field percentage.

Since I've finished Neil's book I've been trying to apply some of the classic routines, as well as working out some of my own material (which feels more natural to me), and at least I can say that I'm making way more approaches than ever, and sober even (with a much greater non-close rate so far, though).

I feel like I'm improving quickly-- it's been a week since I finished The Game and last night I began with a few unsuccessful sarges but finished with an HB9 number-close. Still, I've got to work on my middle game, phase-shifts, the sequence of my routines, end-game, and confidence. A buddy and myself are newly determined to become successful in this game, and in that spirit I'm interested in joining the PUA community here in Chicago. Since I really can't plunk down a grand/plus to attend a seminar, simply meeting some winners here would be great.
