Hey Guys,

I'm completely new to all this. I didn't even know this pua community existed until a friend told me about it.

I'm a sophomore in college right now.

I've always had trouble talking with people I don't know, girls and guys, though guys are a little easier because of sports etc. But when I go to a party I don't really know what to talk about with people so I just end up playing a lot of pong, but not meeting new people.

I really want to learn. Any ideas on where I should start?

Why can't you talk to people? Like, do you just have nothing to say, or does it seem like a confidence issue?

Think about what you just said

You are a sophomore in college - here's something to talk about. There many small things happen to you throughout the day that you find either funny or interesting. Problem is you probably dismiss them as not interesting enough, even though they are! Write them down and make them into little stories or anecdotes. In a week you will have so much stuff to talk about you won't know where to begin

You know how the roads got salted? There was no reason to do that at all. 8-inches of snow? please... sounds more impressive on the guy than on the roads... You agree don't you? ..... Cant believe you, you have a dirty mind

there was a girl wearing an arctic coat. I think she was shoplifting since it was about 95 in the store. She had beautiful eyes on one of the front teeth missing. I my mind went into overdrive of how that could happen... maybe she tried to ski on the layer of salt and ran into the car that nearly slid into me. Maybe her boyfriend had even less teeth so he decided to even her out.... It's creepy I know, that's why i didn't mention her hat...

Just found a new item in the supermarket. It is distilled water. first we went into vitamin water and now did complete 180 and went into distilled. You know how the inventor sold vitamin water to coke for a ballpark of 27 billion dollars? Pretty impressive if you ask me....


This was about 10 minutes in the supermarket while buying cigarettes. Im sure you have more exciting stuff happening to you in the middle of the campus XD.

Notice though, since it was a stream of consciousness writing (more or less), it may sound stupid. If you revise those and give them right deliver you can really make them into something good.

Remember: delivery is more important than what you are actually saying 90% of the time!!
