The main reason why i was shy was because i thought i was worth nothing. My dad was trying hard for me to have better opinion about myself and he gave me videos of a biologist Bruce Lipton (they don't believe that genes control us, environment does) and what i get from this was: ---> You can achieve everything you want to achieve and you're as important as everyone else. This helped me a lot, i was 17 at that time i guess.
He also sent me an eBook: Neil Strauss: The game, which i bought later because i absolutely loved it. I watched David DeAngelo stuff, Mystery's stuff, Style's etc. started to write down everything i heard and started testing body language tips and conversational skills (i'm still not a super talkative person, when i got something to say, i can talk). People around me responded and now i don't have a single person in my class that is better than me or can harm me in any way and girls are beggining to like me.
I became obsessed with PUA stuff and inner game (because i saw life as a bunch of rules you have to know to be good at it and help yourself with them), but didn't practice much. After one month my father encouraged me to try more of this in real life and I started doing it with my wingman, which also read the game (I ignore him now because i found out he doesn't get it and he doesn't respect girls and lies all the time).
My biggest problem is cold approach. We tried in the mall and approached 3 2-sets, next day we failed and security guard took us to the room and told us to empty our pockets because we were suspected of stealing perfumes in one shop because we revisited it 4 times in 3 hours and were whispering in each others ears (what our opener should be) (yeah lol for that one.) (I almost cried that night, i admit it, because i thought i was a total failure and there wasn't a thing that could help me).
My biggest problem is still my AA but i guess i'll overcome it. (Enough to approach girls everywhere, i know it's hardwired.)
P.S. I stopped playing World Of Warcraft coz of the game, yay for me.
