It is a fresh wound and I guess as they say the first cut is the deepest. I had read "The Game" earlier into our relationship and was inspired..
I'm 20 years old, and a student at a community college in Southern California. Although I am a good looking guy I feel I have been in this relationship for so long that now I am tossed back into the wild defenseless. I have no women to rebound off of, to make me feel better about my situation.. and I know the only reason I dont is because I don't know how to talk to women. I want to learn, I want to be able to walk up to any women and hold a conversation.. better yet I want to be able to walk up to any person and hold a conversation. I know the only way to achieve my goals is to practice, to step outside of my comfort zone and to go for it. However I also know that I must be prepare beforehand, and prepare I will.

It's good to start with the game if you didn't read it, and I like to read about natural game, slowly by surely improving my game rather than learning canned stuff.

this site is a great resource, as is the internet as a whole, but there will never be a substitute for going out there and getting your hands dirty. You'll learn a lot quicker but throwing yourself straight into it as soon as possible and using the forum as a tool when you need help.
key things for me - don't let rejection put you off, try to improve yourself instead of changing yourself and its quality not quantity that counts.
God I wish I was in Cali and not in London!
good luck
