Hello, i joined here a while back but have just been lazy to actually put all this great info to good use. Thats going to have to change. A lot of the stuff ive recently read has point out a lot of my mistakes..
Anyway, I have this question and here is the background and current situation.

Im European and i hooked up with this french girl for 2 month last summer, a definite HB9 plus very intelligent.. Afterward, she had to return home and i was doing some travelling myself. But before she left, i messed up as i told her how much i liked her, and id like to try and make it work between us.. A rookie mistake i guess, cause i never got the impression she was looking for a bf just yet.. Afterward we keep in touch, but not regularly, and ive suggested she come visit me even though we are just too far apart right now.

A month or two later, she is emailing me saying she is very upset and really wants to speak with me!! I was beginning to get my hopes up lol. But I played it cool and asked "whats the problem". She tells me how she is really into this new guy, a musician, but he doesnt want a series relationship with her so she is upset and wants to know what she should do!! She tells me how she doesnt want to see him again.

What im wondering is why is she tell me this? Where not very close, so im sure she have other friends she could talk with.. I asked her why she is telling me, she said she doesnt know.. Im thinking she see's a similarity between how much i was into her and how much she is into this guy!

Next day she tells me how she deleted him off facebook and closed all contact with him. I havnt replied to her yet. Not really sure why i should say!.
I dont want to close all door with this girl as she is very hot, and i think it is highly unlikely she is going to become my future gf, but it doesnt hurt to be friends with hot girls..
Id like to set myself up for a situation where i might be able hook up with her again..
Any tips?
