My name is jay and I am humbled to find a forum that seeks to help people improve their lives. I recently discovered the community and am addicted to getting better. I have a lot to learn and will definitely be there if anybody needs help.

A lot of people say this and one week later they have left the community and are on to the next thing that interests them.

Keep at it would be my main tip to anyone new and just starting out, you will see the best results if you battle through the thick of it!
